In Kakuma, Kenya, a refugee community lives with scarce water, broken pipes, and the hope of finding more.

When boreholes fail, people fetch water from rivers and shallow wells, risking waterborne disease. The film follows the work of education, geophysical surveys, and the slow search for places to drill.
